Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LeadGenAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. The Service

LeadGenAI generates AI-built prospect profiles from user-provided criteria (niche, audience, region, offer), and enriches lead records you upload via CSV or connect via a supported CRM integration. Each output may include a name or role, company type, pain point, outreach angle, and outreach message drafts.

3. AI-generated content and accuracy

Prospect profiles generated without an uploaded list are synthetic personas built from patterns in your input criteria. They are not verified, real individuals unless sourced from your own uploaded or connected data.
Outreach messages, pain points, and angles are AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in outreach.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, deliverability, or business outcome of any generated or enriched lead.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you upload or sync from a CRM, including having the right to use and process it.
You agree to comply with applicable laws when using generated content for outreach, including anti-spam and data protection laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL) in the jurisdictions you contact.
You will not use the Service to harass, deceive, or defraud any person.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lead generation and enrichment limits reset each billing cycle per your plan (Free: 30 leads/mo, Growth: 200 leads/mo, Pro: 2,000 leads/mo, Agency: unlimited).
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. CRM connections

When you connect a third-party CRM, you authorize LeadGenAI to access and modify lead records in that account as needed to provide enrichment. You can revoke this access at any time from account settings or your CRM provider's app permissions.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service itself. You retain ownership of the data you upload and the generated outputs produced for your account, and may use, export, and edit them freely for your own business purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful outreach practices. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadGenAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including outcomes of outreach conducted using generated content.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
