- Account information: name, email, password (hashed), and billing details.
- Uploaded data: CSV files and CRM records you upload or sync, including any contact names, emails, and company details they contain.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and generation/enrichment activity within the app.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, and log data collected automatically.
3. How we use your information
- To generate AI-built lead profiles and enrich uploaded or synced lead records.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the product.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.

4. AI-generated content
Prospect profiles built without an uploaded list are generated by AI based on the niche, audience, region, and offer details you provide. These profiles are synthetic and do not represent real, identifiable individuals unless drawn from your own uploaded or connected data.
5. How we share information
- With service providers who help us run the product (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- With CRM providers you explicitly connect (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close), solely to read and write lead data on your instruction.
- If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LeadGenAI and our users.
- We do not sell your personal data or your uploaded lead data.
6. Data retention
We retain account and uploaded data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@leadgenai.marketing, or from within account settings.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password on your account.
